The mission of each division of the Chelsea Jewish Foundation is to create a warm, stimulating home-like environment in which to promote the health, well-being and longevity for each of our clients.

CHELSEA JEWISH NURSING HOME

Nurturing the community’s seniors since 1919, our 123-bed nursing home specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services. CJNH offers an award-winning vacation program, kosher cuisine, European spa and café, and provides a warm environment dedicated to ensuring good health and comfort for everyone. Learn more.

COHEN-FLORENCE-LEVINE ESTATES

Located on historic Admiral Hill’s just minutes north of Boston, CFL Estates provides assisted living for those seniors who are struggling to maintain independence in their own homes. With 69 private apartments, CFL Estates offers kosher cuisine, an on-site bakery, and creative activities while promoting comfort and skilled care when needed for our residents. Learn more.

FLORENCE & CHAFETZ HOME FOR SPECIALIZED CARE

Situated along Admiral’s Hill and neighboring CFL Estates, Florence & Chafetz provides a supportive community for the memory impaired and those living with physical limitations whose needs are beyond the scope of a traditional assisted living. CHELSEA JEWISH COMMUNITY

Comprised of three specialized home care agencies, Chelsea Jewish Community offers personal care, skilled nursing, rehabilitative therapies, and end-of-life care in the comforts of a client’s home. Personalized services are tailored to meet client needs and may be scheduled on a temporary or ongoing basis. LEONARD FLORENCE CENTER FOR LIVING

Slated to redefine nursing homes as we know them, Leonard Florence is a revolutionary concept. Our ten houses offer short-term rehab and long-term care, with each house containing ten private bedrooms with attached baths.
